"The EALT series of modules, Level 1 to 4, will wnhance the training and leadership capacity of every cadet who partakes in the series.
Successful completion of EALT Level 1 & 2 should qualify the cadet to become a substantive Junior NCO, and hence completeting the NCO CADRE part of their training syllabus.
Successful completion of the EALT Level 3 should qualify the cadet to become a substansive Senior NCO
Completion of Level 4 will provide the cadet with experience of real life scenario expedition and focussed leadership skills, similar to thse which would be expected if joining any of the three services."
